Offer Eligibility Period

The $1,000 VIP Club offer is valid for those who join between 17 April 2026 and 2 September 2026 (inclusive).

Membership Duration

A Sovereign Rise VIP Membershipis valid for 12 months from the date of sign up.

Deposit

The deposit is fully refundable at any time.

No Guarantee of Purchase Price

Membership in the Sovereign Rise VIP Club does not lock in or guarantee the purchase price of any home. Prices are subject to change.

Home Releases, Designs and Lots

VIP members will receive early notification of upcoming home releases and may nominate preferred home designs and lots. However, home designs and lots are not guaranteed, and availability is subject to change at any time without notice.

No Agreement for Sale

Membership does not constitute anagreement for the sale of any property.
